Please Welcome, Mirah!

Please give a warm welcome to Mirah, a legendary and versatile voice in independent pop for the last two decades. Mirah began her career by recording a pair of lo-fi EPs in the late 1990s, eventually releasing her debut record You Think It’s Like This But Really It’s Like This on Olympia Washington's independent label K Records. Mirah helped define the DIY pop scene, going on to release an impressive collection of solo records and countless collaborations. Mirah is a massive influence to the artists we know and love on Double Double Whammy, it’s an honor to welcome her to the family. Keep your eyes peeled for more Mirah news coming your way this year :)
